Velo Salo Backyard Ultra

Velo Salo Backyard Ultra race course is mostly on forest roads, but also includes approximately 250 meters of more challenging trail section and an easier about 400-meter sand/asphalt segment. The course is run clockwise and is 6.7 km long, with start times for new laps every hour. The competition continues as long as there is only one runner remaining, but unfortunately, the organizers must end the race after 36 laps if no winner has been found after running over 240 km.
