Race description
Arctic Marathon offers a unique running experience amid the magnificent scenery of Finnish Lapland. Choose from a marathon, half marathon or 10 km distance, all taking you through Arctic nature. Participants stay in four-star Finnish cabins with saunas and enjoy full board and a range of activities, including husky safaris, ice swimming and Northern Lights viewing. The event combines sport and adventure in a unique way and is part of the international Wildmarathon series.

The event includes airport transfers from Rovaniemi to Santa Claus Holiday Village, accommodation in four-star cabins with saunas, all meals, an awards ceremony, a husky safari, ice swimming and the chance to see the Northern Lights. The programme also includes a post-run sauna and cool-down activity, as well as time to relax. The run starts at Santa Claus Holiday Village. The terrain includes snowy roads and forest tracks. Temperatures range from -12°C to -7°C. Recommended gear includes spikes and thermal clothing. Registration includes accommodation, meals, transfers and Arctic experiences.
