Race description
Ylivieska Trail Run is a trail-running event held on Saturday, 19 September 2026, at the Törmälä camp centre and Rantakalla in Ylivieska. The event offers 14 km competitive races for men and women, as well as fitness and hiking categories over 1.5 km, 5 km and 11 km distances. Prizes are also available in the youth categories, and the youngest children can take part in a free stadium dash. An extended weekend at Kalajoki’s Jäkälähovi will be raffled among all participants. The event offers variety and is suitable for trail runners of different levels.

Additional information
The youth categories offer trophies and prizes. Youth category distances: boys and girls aged 16: 5 km; boys and girls aged 12: 1.5 km; boys and girls aged 9: 1.5 km. These races are free. The stadium dash for children aged 1–6 is approximately 200 metres and is free. An extended weekend at Kalajoki’s Jäkälähovi will be raffled among all participants.
