Teivocup I

Teivo Cup I was run on November 26, 2011, in sunny weather with temperatures a few degrees above freezing. The competition featured 80 runners competing on a sometimes icy course. There was a good number of participants in the youth categories, and in the girls' 11-year-old category, Mila Manninen (KU-68) recorded the best time of 4:10. In the boys' 11-year-old category, Miska Manninen (KU-68) was the fastest with a time of 4:13, and in the men's 5 km, Jarkko Järvenpää improved the old course record by two seconds, finishing in 14:54.
