Tahko Trail Run

Tahko Trail Run is a new trail running event held amid the stunning scenery of Tahkovuori on 12 September 2026. The event offers four distances to choose from, suitable for both first-timers and experienced trail runners. The routes pass through varied landscapes close to nature, with heart-pumping climbs and breathtaking views. The event focuses on memorable experiences, atmosphere, well-marked routes and aid stations. The finish area offers a race-day atmosphere, food, and the chance to use the sauna and shower at Break Sokos Hotel Tahko.

The routes are well marked, and there are several aid stations offering water, sports drinks, fruit and salty snacks. Drinks are served only into your own container, so bringing your own cup or water bottle is recommended. Participants receive a medal as a keepsake at the finish, and light snacks and drinks are available in the finish area. The meal is a pasta buffet at Break Sokos Hotel Tahko. Participants can use the hotel’s shower and sauna. Bib collection and the information desk are located at Hophaus Tahko, next to the event area. The cloakroom is self-service and is not continuously supervised. There is plenty of parking, but most spaces are paid; free parking is available beside Tahkonlahti beach, about a 10-minute walk from the event area. The event includes drinks, a pasta buffet at Break Sokos Hotel Tahko, and access to the hotel’s shower and sauna. Children and families can also participate.
