Petzl Nuuksio Night Trail

Petzl Nuuksio Night Trail is an autumn night trail-running event held in the dark on forest trails in Nuuksio National Park. The event starts from Luukki Outdoor Recreation Centre in Espoo on 25.9.2026 and offers a route of approximately 13 kilometres, challenging runners amid nature. There is a dedicated category for non-binary participants, and free gear storage is available. A headlamp is mandatory because the route runs through a dark forest.

The race office is near the start and finish, where runners can collect their race numbers and register on the day. The organiser does not rent headlamps, so participants must bring their own. Timing is handled by an electronic timing app, and race numbers must be clearly attached at chest height. The maximum time allowed is 2.5 hours. Free gear storage is available near the race office on event day.
