Race description
NUTS HEL is an urban trail running event in Helsinki's Central Park, with three different distances: 6 km, 14 km and 25 km. The event is suitable for both first-timers and experienced runners. The start and finish are at Eläintarha Sports Field, and the longest route takes runners along the trails of the Haltiala Forest Nature Reserve. On Friday evening, NUTS Kids & Juniors is also held for the family's youngest trail runners!
