Race description
NUTS HEL is an urban trail running event in Helsinki's Central Park, featuring three different distances: 6 km, 14 km, and 25 km. The event is suitable for both beginners and experienced runners. The start and finish are located at the Eläintarha Sports Field, and the longest route takes you through the trails of the Haltiala Forest Nature Reserve. On Friday evening, there is also NUTS Kids & Juniors for young family trail runners!
